This is an advanced 12 week (gym) workout plan that follows the 12 Week Shred Guide. In other words, this is phase two. You would first complete the 12 week Shred Guide (gym version) that includes phase 1 of workouts and the nutrition plan. This plan does not include nutrition as it is only a workout plan.
This plan can also be done without completing the 12 week Shred Guide if you wish to jump into a moderate to advanced workout routine.
